B-Strong Foundation was created in memory of our son, Brandon Crosby, who passed away from Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) in 2009 at the age of 9 years old. Brandon spent almost 250 days in the hospital during his year long battle and many outpatient visits throughout the year.  Brandon was always strong and he never gave up hope. His strength is what helped our family get through the most difficult time of our lives. During his treatment, we were blessed by so many people who didn't know us, but cared.  This is the foundation of B-Strong; we don't personally know you or your struggle with childhood cancer, but we care and we want to help.  This is Brandon's legacy and he is our inspiration.
